Aitemina® aluminum hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance, and made using the world leading

manufacturing technologies. When used to formulate flame retardant polymer compositions, the Aitemina product provides unique flame retarding and smoke suppression properties. Depending on the polymer system used and fire performance requirement, one may choose an Aitemina product of proper particle characteristics and surface chemistry to achieve optimized application performance for the flame retardant compound.

Aitemina 140FF is a high purity, aluminum hydroxide that is treated with a coupling silane to provide easy flow and water absorption resistance . This product is designed for use in thermoplastic and cross-linked polyolefins and elastomeric polymers, such as LSZH wire and cable insulation materials. Aitemina 140FF provides superior electrical and low-temperature mechanical properties, and enhanced compound processing and fire performance.
